Hey Now....

As someone that grew up in Buffalo, I was always sensitive at the cheap shots people took at my city. It is OK for people from Buffalo to make fun of Buffalo, but when the outsiders do, it pisses off us Buffalo people.

I have spent more than half of my life living in Florida and I have started to feel the same way about the Sunshine state.

So, when I see Nexstar’s KDVR saying that a “Colorado mon goes FLORIDA….” I’m a little pissed.

First, this brawl happened in Colorado, the people involved were from Colorado and Florida had nothing to do with it.

Using Florida as a derogatory term isn’t cool for people living outside of FLA.

Also, if I see any more KDVR staffers posting pictures of them vacationing here in Florida, I’m calling them out for being hypocrites.
