Fox Sends Union Busting Letter to Employees

Clearly when it comes to unions, Fox is not a fan.

The company sent a letter to the employees working at the Fox hub in Las Vegas encouraging the workers to vote in favor of decertifying the Union.

In the letter, Fox Fox management list union locals that they say show that the union is worthless.

One Fox employee in Las Vegas says this about that, “ (Fox) has refused to come to the table with for meaningful negotiations, as if it is the fault of those unions that management refuses to offer wage increases and continues to ask for draconian cuts in jurisdiction, benefits, and work rules.”
