When you are in a small market the changes happen quickly.

The staff at Tallahassee’s WCTV learned that after just over 2 years at the station, Reporter Sophia Hernandez is headed to the much bigger market of San Diego.

Here is the internal memo sent to the staff and obtained by FTVLive:

WCTV Anchor/Reporter Michael Hudak announced on social media that he is also leaving the station. He didn’t say where he was headed, but we hear that it is WINK in Ft. Myers:

Hudak is being replaced by Michelle Roberts from WBNG (Binghamton, New York).
