More than a few eyebrows were raised when Sinclair’s WCTI (New Bern, North Carolina) posted this about the death of Prince Philip.

The post had many viewers upset at just how callous this post was from the station. After quite a bit of blowback, the station posted this as the excuse as to why it happened.

So, the person that posted this meant to post this snide remark to her personal social media and not the station’s account.

Is the station still okay with the fact that this is how one of its employees weighs in on the death of a member of the Royal Family, even if it is on their personal account?

WCTI added that they are dealing with “the ramifications of this post” yet they did not say how they were dealing with it?

My guess is that employee that posted this was surely right about one thing in her post. “Today’s going to suck…..”
