CNN Zucked For Another Year

There were rumors that Zucker would be leaving CNN soon, but he told employees that he is going to stick around until the end of the year.
Some CNNers, like Don Lemon were happy to hear that news. "I've been at CNN for 15 years. The best of those years have been with Jeff. He's staying for another year. I'll take it. But know this, I will spend the next year trying to convince him to stay longer. Wish me luck and stay tuned," Lemon said.
Sure, you have a boss that lets you do anything and get drunk on the air every New Year’s Eve, who doesn’t want that guy to stick around.
Jake Tapper, who has seen his role expanded under Zucker said, "He's the best boss I ever had, and it's not even close. I'm grateful that we get him for another year."
Back in October, Zucker pulled CNN’s Brooke Baldwin from the air and replaced her with Tapper.
Zucker felt that Baldwin could not handle the coverage in the run-up to the election.
We did not see any comments from Baldwin being excited that Zucker is sticking around.
