This is Frustrating for the Viewer

Yesterday, FTVLive told you that the Cox stations are yet again in a pissing match with AT&T/DirecTV as the two sides try and gouge the viewer for more money.

The Cox station in Boston referred viewers to a phone number so they could rant about the channel being dropped.

But, it seems that while DirecTV and AT&T TV are both owned by the same company, depending on which service you have, there are different phone numbers to call.

One viewer wasted his time and he wasn’t happy.

Media companies continue to demand the viewers pay more to watch their channel.
