Yesterday, our nation hit a very sobering milestone….

Over 500,000 people in this country had died from the coronavirus.

Last week, I learned that one of those 500,000 was a neighbor of mine. He did everything right, he didn’t leave his house, he had already got the first shot of the COVID vaccine and yet he still died.

He was a grandfather and it appears that his granddaughter contracted the virus at school here in Florida and brought it home to her grandfather.

He was in the hospital for days, before finally dying.

So very sad.

Yesterday, as CNN Anchor Brianna Keilar talked about those that lost their lives to COVID, she got emotional.

Wear the damn mask!
