MSNBC ON Top Again

MSNBC again won across all of cable, finishing #1 for the full day (6am-2am) across all of cable television during day 2 of the 2nd impeachment trial of former President Donald Trump.

On Wednesday, MSNBC topped both CNN and Fox News in total viewers for the 2nd day in a row (2.8M vs. FOX News’ 1.5M and CNN’s 2.3M), according to Nielsen.

During the entirety of the impeachment trial from 12pm-8pm, MSNBC averaged 3.6M total viewers—finishing ahead of all cable networks (#2 CNN and #3 FOx News).

“The Rachel Maddow Show” at 9pm was again the #1 program across all cable shows, averaging 4.5M total viewers. This was the 26thday in a row “Maddow” topped CNN and Fox News. In A25-54, "Maddow" drew 843K viewers.
