In regards to the Nexstar policy that does not allow employees to swear.

Of all the issues facing journalists right now, Nexstar spends time and resources to go after.... people swearing?

Sorry but a company who lives and dies by the idea of free speech should know better. Swearing is as ingrained in a tv newsroom as election night pizza.

Is anyone that offended by a swear word in 2021 that someone needs to lose their job and possibly their career over this? One mistake and you’re gone? No warning? I hope Nexstar suits aren’t reading this but that’s fucked up.

How is it possible that Disney is laying off people, freezing hires, and cutting news budgets while it’s stock is soaring to all-time highs ever single day. It’s now $185 a share—double what it was when Covid-19 started. Unbelievable.

I just wanted to take a moment to say I appreciate the crap out of the work you do for FTV Live. While i may not be an FTV patron, i want to. Just cant on a 1 income household right now. I still appreciate the hell out of the work you do. And sometimes in the industry, the best note you can get is a simple ‘Hey, I appreciate you’. Right??

The fact that you call out both sides, give it to us straight and hold these media companies accountable is a real service. I know my bosses would like it better if you didn’t exist, but I thank God you do!
