Taking a Swipe at Tegna on the Way Out the Door

It appears that KUSA (Denver) Reporter Sonia Gutierrez has left the station and she took a not so subtle swipe at the Tegna station as she was leaving.

Gutierrez posted to her social media that she is headed to the PBS station in Denver and wrote, “Y’all know how much I value family, journalism and community ... I was in search of a place that values that just as much. I’m soo excited to say, I found it!”

It appears to us that she felt she did not have that at KUSA.

KUSA has lost 3 on-air people in just the past few days.
