Quincy Media has found a buyer and it looks like they are going Gray.

Gray’s offer of $925 million has been accepted by the Quincy board of directors and the deal is expected to close in the 2nd or 3rd quarter.

This is good news for people working at the Quincy stations as Gray has become one of the more responsible owners. And let’s be honest, it sure beats going to Sinclair or Tegna.

This gives Gray TV stations in 102 markets when the deal goes through.
