Gray sent a memo out to the staff with good news….

Many of them will be receiving a year-end bonus that could go as high as $10,000 bucks.

But, there was bad news for the Former Meredith employees that just became Gray employees..

The document sent out by Gray corporate says that “former Meredith employees will receive or have already received bonuses.” One former Meredith employee said to FTVLive that they have not seen a bonus, nor do they expect to from Meredith.

“As a new Gray employee, I’m happy the company is giving bonuses and wants to continue that. But it seems like one last “screw you” to former Meredith employees (aka us little guys) from a company that didn’t care about us anyway. What could we have expected?” the former Meredith staffer said to FTVLive.

Employees that were with Gray and did not come from a Meredith station will get a bonus that is equal to 3% of their salary.

Here is what was sent out to the staff and obtained by FTVLive:
