No More Live at BNC

Is this a sign of things to come?

FTVLive has told you that when it comes to ratings, Black News Channel’s are lower than low.

BNC is pulling in as little as 3,000 viewers nationwide for their primetime schedule and now some cuts are happening.

according to sources, an internal memo has gone out to the staff at Black News Channel, informing them that this weekend will be the last weekend for live shows on the network.

The staff was told that live shows on the weekend will stop “for now”, while BNC, “designs their new weekend offerings.”

Obviously, pulling the plug on live weekend coverage is a cost-cutting move and many believe it could be the first of many.
