Shutting it Down in West Virginia

After spending over 4 decades at WTAP in tiny Parkersburg, West Virginia, longtime Reporter Todd Baucher says that he is shutting it down at year’s end.

He says that while many of the viewers will be disappointed in his leaving, the Gray station will continue to be there.
