Leaving to Become a Flack...

KAUZ (Wichita Falls, TX) anchor and assistant news director Chris Horgen has left the station after 29 years. He will become the Public Information Officer for the City of Wichita Falls.

“Throughout his career in Wichita Falls, Chris has established himself as a trusted voice in the community, and the City is confident in his ability to be an effective communicator and leader representing the voice of the City in Wichita Falls,” said a city press release.

He signed off on Friday after nearly 3 decades at the station.
