KCNC (Denver) General Manager Tim Wieland game to the defense of a Photographer that was working the Colorado Buffalos game.

Colorado Head Coach Karl Dorrell took a swipe at the camera as he ran by.

Wieland took issue with that and posted on his social media.

This is unacceptable and unprofessional. A shove like that to a photojournalist carrying a heavy camera, looking thru a viewfinder, can cause him to lose balance and get hurt or damage the equipment. @RickGeorgeCU https://t.co/zNr251cJ6w

CU’s Director of Athletics Rick George came back with an apology.
