Life After Leaving Gray Under the COVID Vaccine Mandate
/FTVLive has been telling you about the people that have either left or have been let go from Gray Television stations for refusing to adhere to the company mandate that they must be vaccinated.
Back in early October, FTVLive told you that WLOX (Biloxi) "Good Morning Mississippi" Anchor Meggan Gray was one of those that refused the vaccine and was exited from the company.
Well, Gray has found another job and she didn’t even have to call the movers.
She has landed across the street at WXXV, which is owned by Morris Communications.
"I'm excited to have this opportunity to continue the career I love, here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast," she said. "South Mississippi will always be my home. I can't wait to begin this next chapter with WXXV, allowing me to continue to wake up and serve the community I adore; it's such a blessing."
“I am happy the people in South Mississippi will have a chance to start their day with Meggan here on WXXV-TV,” said News Director, Joe Sullivan.
She starts at the station on Monday.
