The state of Oklahoma carried out its first execution in the state since 2015.

Witnesses say that 60-year-old John Grant convulsed and vomited as he was executed.

KOTV Anchor Lori Fullbright thought this was the perfect time to snap a selfie.

It also appears that KOTV Photographer Reagan Ledbetter is the official execution Photog for the station.

Fullbright said that it was a “tough” day for her.

I’m going to go out on a limb and say it might have been a bit tougher for John Grant and for the family of the person he killed.
