Ditching the Tegna Station

It looks like this Denver Met is Ditching her job at the Tegna station.

KUSA MeteorologistBecky Ditchfield is signing off from the station this week.

“This was a very difficult decision for me, one I did not take lightly. I’ve spent 18 years in the news business, 13 at 9NEWS,” Ditchfield wrote on social media. “To everyone who has watched, thank you for allowing me into your homes for all these years,” Ditchfield said. “My family has no immediate plans to leave Colorado; you’ll still see me around. Plus, I’ll be keeping my social media pages updated, so you can see what I’m up to!”

Ditchfield cites spending more time with her family as the main reason to end her run.
