Back in late December, WFOR Anchor Marybel Rodriguez announced that she had tested positive for the coronavirus. At the time, she also said that her mother also tested positive.

This week, Rodriguez went on air and told viewers that COVID had taken her Mom’s life.

The next time you walk into a store not wearing a mask, or you get together with a group of friends, just know that you could be killing someone’s Mom, Dad, Grandparent. Stop being so selfish and hopefully, fewer people will have to share stories like this one.

Wear the damn mask!
