Becoming a Pay For Play Host

Former WGRZ (Buffalo) Investigative Reporter Emily Lampa is resurfacing across the street for a job outside of news.

Lampa is joining Scripps owned WKBW as the co-host of “AM Buffalo” which is a pay for play show on the station.

In July, Lampa left WGRC saying that she was, ““taking a break from news right now to focus on my family.”

Now, she heads to a show that focuses on advertisers and not news.

She replaces Linda Pellegrino, who retired from “Am Buffalo” after 30 years at the station.
