According to WJXT here in Jacksonville, the police were in a standoff with Joe DiMaggio.

Not The Yankee Clipper?!

Apparently, it is not the baseball legend, who passed away in 1999. In fact, WJXT wrote in their story, “He shares his name with the baseball legend, but they are not related.”

I wonder who had to tell the 20-something digital person, to add that line?
