According to Gray owned KVEN (Rapid City) website, Padraic Duffy has been the KEVN Sports Director for two years after two years as an assignment editor and producer.

Update: After looking through Duffy’s Twitter, it does not appear that this tweet represented his true feelings about MLK but rather a sarcastic reference targeting Trump's 1776 commission which in part defends America's founding based on slavery. That being said, and no matter his political persuasion, Duffy as a journalist-should certainly remain neutral or not political at all on social media and also perhaps refrain from sarcasm which never seems to translate well in print or the internet.
