It looks like Wendy has gone and did it again….

Former WTAE (Pittsburgh) Anchor Wendy Bell was fired from the station for posting what many believed was a racist rant.

After sitting on the beach for quite some time, Bell returned to host a conservative radio show on KDKA radio. She continued to spout her right-wing bullshit and it got so bad that KDKA-TV had to issue a statement saying that Bell does not work for them.

The TV station posted on their website that, “Bell works for KDKA Radio, which is owned by Entercom Communications radio group.”

Well, now it appears that even Entercom is getting tied of Bell and they have suspended her.

This was posted to the radio station’s website:

“We take very seriously our responsibility to provide a platform for our communities to engage in diverse and meaningful dialogue, debate and the right to freedom of speech, we do not condone the incitement of violence on any of our platforms. 

Members of our community have recently brought to our attention comments made by Wendy Bell that do not align with Entercom’s values. Wendy has been taken off air until further notice.”

Hopefully, this is the last that we hear of Wendy Bell, but somehow, I don’t think that will be the case.
