South Carolina Anchor is Arrested for Assault

WIS (Columbia, SC) Anchor Kamie Roesler was busted by police in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and charged with aggravated assault.

Cops clamped the cuffs on Roesler after she reportedly hit a man over the head with a beer bottle.

Roesler is from North Dakota and was back visiting when the incident took place. The guy she hit with the bottle would likely end up getting stitches.

Before coming to WIS, Roesler worked at KSFY in Sioux Falls. Both stations are owned by Gray.

WIS did briefly report their Anchor’s arrest on their website.

Stations in Sioux Falls also reported the arrest.

Apparently, what happens in Sioux Falls, doesn’t stay in Sioux Falls.

She should have gone to Las Vegas instead.
