I guess Tegna does KARE when it comes to news.

Tegna’s KARE (Minneapolis) has pulled the plug on their 11 AM newscast and replaced it with Rachael Ray.

The midday newscast has been on the air for 9 years, but now it’s gone.

So many stations have been adding newscasts to their lineup to try and make more commercial spots available for political campaigns.

While FTVLive expects that you will see some newscasts dropped in 2021, we didn’t expect to see this happen before the election.
