It seems that not enough people are downloading the Nexstar News Nation App and Nexstar CEO Perry Sook has a plan to change that.

Sook sent out an internal memo to the over 5,000 people working at the Nexstar stations encouraging them to download the News Nation App:

The bottom line, the more people that download the app, the easier it is for the Nexstar sales people to tell advertisers that “our app is on x number of phones” and that makes a better chance of a sale.

So Nexstar Nation, do Uncle Perry a solid and install the app on your phone. You can hide it in the same place as the Tinder app.
