It's Not News to Them....
/Bob Woodward. dropped another book on Donald Trump and this one is packing a bombshell, because Woodward has Trump on tape admitting that although he knew the coronavirus was really bad, he had elected to downplay it.
Almost 6.5 million people have been infected and nearly 200,000 are dead and the President knew and basically took little action.
It’s a huge story and is even at the top of the conservative leaning Drudge Report.
But, go to Sinclair’s WJLA website and see if you see the story on the front page. The station is located in DC, it’s a huge story involving the President and the story has been buried.
Go to Sinclair’s WPEC in West Palm Beach, Florida, and see if you can find the story on their front page. Florida has been hit hard by COVID-19 and you would think a story of the President downplaying the virus, might be newsworthy to the people living here in the Sunshine State.
But, it seems that with less than two months to the election, Sinclair wants to try and cover up the negative news about Trump, even when there are tapes.
Sinclair is showing that its bias for Donald Trump outweighs the viewers’ right to know that their President is on tape admitting to downplaying a deadly virus.
Exactly 6 months ago today, Trump said, “It will go away. Just stay calm. It will go away."
It has not.
Look no further than the show hosted by disgraced former Fox News host Eric Bolling. Bolling now does a “political” talk show across the Sinclair stations, and he tweeted out his lineup for this week’s show. It looks more like an infomercial for the Trump campaign:
It shows that Sinclair is not a news organization, and that is, to quote Donald Trump….. SAD.
