I think WSB (Atlanta) Anchor Justin Farmer’s buddy might have pulled a fast one on him.

Farmer posted this tweet of a picture that he says his friend sent him:

I think “Couchie” was playing a trick on Mr. Farmer because look at this picture we found taken by Glenn Page 6 years ago in Jackson Mississippi and posted on the National Weather Services website.
