Twin Cities Reporter Signing Off for CNN

KARE (Minneapolis) Anchor/Reporter Adrienne Broaddus announced that she is leaving the station and headed to the left wing cable news network CNN.

Broaddus joined the Tegna station 6 years ago and will now be a Chicago based Correspondent for CNN.

In talking about her next move, Broaddus said, “In a world that tells people like me I can’t, I hope I have been a visual of what is possible,” she said. “I have never taken my seat at the table for granted. I hope I planted a seed for someone.”

Before coming to the Twin Cities, she worked in the Indianapolis market.
