God Delivered?

WAVY (Norfolk) Reporter Tamara Scott her first p̶a̶r̶t̶i̶c̶i̶p̶a̶t̶i̶o̶n̶ ̶t̶r̶o̶p̶h̶y̶ Emmy for her coverage of a mass shooting in Virginia Beach.

She posted a tweet after winning with a shoutout to God and her family and then added, “I told myself I would win one in this job, I fought for my name on this. God heard me and delivered”

So wait, God “delivered” with a mass shooting in which 12 people were killed and 4 others shot, just so you could win an Emmy?

It’s great you won a trophy, but I’m guessing the family members of those killed would have been more than happy to pony up a few bucks and buy you an Emmy off of eBay, if it would have meant that their love ones didn’t have to die.

Just saying….
