Helping Find Journalists of Color

The Arizona Association of Black Journalists look at the local media and they are not seeing enough diversity.

So, they sent a letter to the media outlets, urging them to hire more people or color and also offer them help in finding those people.

It is great that the organization is willing to help. Now, let’s hope the Arizona stations take them up on their offer.
