9 days ago, FTVLive told you that WCBS Reporter Nina Kapur was killed in a mo-ped accident in New York.

Kapur was using the moped-sharing company Revel which was new to NYC. Users downloaded an app and were able to rent the mo-peds, just like you have seen with bikes and scooters in some cities.

Kapur was the first person that was killed in New York while using the service.

But now a second person has been killed and Revel says it will be halting the service in the Big Apple. "We’re reviewing and strengthening our rider accountability and safety measures and communicating with city officials, and we look forward to serving you again in the near future," said in a statement
