/Everytime President Trump reads words written for him or off a prompter he does so in a much more subdued voice.
Everytime he does that, the media comes out and says, “a new tone for the President tonight….”
How many times are we going to have a new tone?
It’s not a new tone, it’s the fact that he is reading words that were written for him.
