Yesterday, a lawsuit was filed against former Fox News Anchor Ed Henry and current Fox News stars Sean Hannity, Tucker Carlson, and others.

Fox News released a statement in which they defended Hannity, Carlson, and others, but said that the defendants can take up their case of Henry directly with him.

Fox News fired Henry after the allegations arose.

The lawsuit claims that Henry raped the woman suing him and accused him of other sexual allegations.

Henry’s attorney responded to the lawsuit saying, "The evidence, in this case, will demonstrate that Ms. (Jennifer) Eckhart initiated and completely encouraged a consensual relationship. Ed Henry looks forward to presenting actual facts and evidence, which will contradict the fictional accounts contained in the complaint. That evidence includes graphic photos and other aggressively suggestive communications that Ms. Eckhart sent to Mr. Henry.”

Henry is married and it appears that even his attorney is basically saying he’s a freak, but he’s not a rapist.

At least that’s how I’m reading it.
