If it weren’t for Ron DeSantis, Senator Marco Rubio would be the biggest embarrassment to the state of Florida.

But it is not for a lack of effort.

When the passing of Congressman John Lewis, Rubio tweeted out this almost touching remembrance of he and Lewis’s time together.

We say almost, because Rubio posted a picture of not John Lewis, but the late Rep. Elijah Cummings:
