TV Crews Covering the Riots

While many Journalists around the country are busy practicing social distancing, TV crews in the Twin Cities are covering a major uprising.

People are protesting the death of George Floyd, who was killed while handcuffed by a police officer.

It has gotten so bad, that police in one precinct, had to flee their building as it was taken over by protestors.

It has gotten to the point in some areas that the media has pulled back.

Having covered both riots in Miami and in LA, I know first hand what it is like. In both events, myself and other Journalist were shot at.

Tell the story and try to stay safe.

Remember the viewer is counting on you to be their ears and ears.
