Cox/Apollo announced that KIRO General Manager Greg Bilte will retire from the company at the end of next month.

He’s not the first Cox executive to be stepping down ever since Apolo took control and sources tell FTVLive he is not the last either.

Bilte has spent 25 years in the Cox food chain. It began at KTVU (San Francisco) where he was national and local sales manager before being promoted to general sales manager.

We was the GM at KOKI in Tulsa and moved to KIRO in 2016.

Now he’s leaving and a the search is on for his replacement.
