I’m guessing that this guy is wearing a mask while being interviewed by WJW (Cleveland) because of the rona going around.

But after reading the lower third and seeing that he is the Deputy Director for the Department of Neighborhood Ass, maybe that’s the reason.

If you dealt with asses all day, you might wear a mask as well.
