BREAKING! Gray to Start Taking Employees' Temperature

Between now and June 1st all Gray Television stations are going employees to have their temperature taken before entering the station.
A 3 page memo was sent out to the staff and obtained by FTVLive.
In the memo it tells employees, anyone with a temp over 100.4 will not be allowed into the building. The memo says that, “If any employee objects to a temperature check or any other required safety protocol, he or she should contact the location’s HR point of contact…”
If the person’s temp is above 100.4, the memo states,
“Let the individual know that he or she may not enter the workspace
• If the individual is an employee, tell him or her that you need to inform the General Manager and Corporate HR of the fever – but no one else at the location. Also ask the employee to contact his or her supervisor to report the inability to come to work due to an illness.
• After the employee has departed, alert the GM and your HR point of contact about the fever reading. Do not share this information with anyone else.”
