Former WGCL (Atlanta) News Director Frank Volpicella is about to resurface across the Mississippi.

The staff at Cox owned KOKI in Tulsa were told that Volpicella is their new news boss, replacing Tina Commodore, who was bumped up the Cox food chain to WFTV in Orlando.

After getting bounced in Atlanta, Volpicella landed at Graham’s WJXT in Jacksonville. He left there in August of 2018 and has been working outside the business.

Now he is making his TV news return in T-town, the same market where FTVLive started our career and would love to go back an visit.

I’m just not sure the statute of limitations are up on everything just yet.
