WPDE (Myrtle Beach) Chief Meteorologist Ed Piotrowski loves attending events with viewers.

But, because of social distancing, he can't do that right now. He has been taking time to do a few drive-by photo shoots on his way to work for people who message him.

One viewer asked Ed if you would drive by her neighborhood to say hi to the kids?

He did just that and got quite a surprise.

TV news could use a few more people like Ed.
