The Inbox...

FTVLive has been getting lots of email from TV newsies that want to give their thoughts, suggestions or just vent about what the hell is happening in our world right now.

So, FTVLive continues its new feature we call The Inbox as we share some of the emails:

Email 1:

Has there been a bigger waste of money or a bigger mistake than tv stations hiring comedians as reporters and anchors lately?

Think about the journalists that you didn’t hire in their place and how valuable they would be to you and your viewers right now.

Lesson learned? Probably not.

The stations that went this route deserve to be called out by FTVLive.

Email 2:

FTVLive Buying Lunch.

Nice gesture but many station groups, including the one I work for, have prohibited any common food --food brought in for everyone to eat. In our case it's not necessary because everyone is working from home now except master control, one person to run the news control room, and no more than two people in the studio at a time.
