Thanks Boss

The folks in the KCBS/KCAL newsroom took time out to thank their News Director Tara Finestone for her leadership in covering the coronavirus pandemic.

It’s great to see people try to prop up the boss and as a former News Director myself, I know how little anyone says “thank you.”

It was a nice video, but I have to say, this is like thanking the coach in the first few minutes of the game. We have a long way to go and this is far from over.

Still, it is nice to see employees do something that can make the boss feel a bit better.
