He recently held the Borrell Miami Conference and posted this poo-pooing the coronavirus scare and said that the conference would go on as planned:

Then yesterday, he sent out this email:

I guess karma came a knocking and now a number of people that went to the conference are imposed in self quarantine.

Hopefully they have some bottled water.
