Did Nexstar Producer Have the Coronavirus?

KDVR/KWGN (Denver) Producer Sarah DuPont was sent to Seattle to help out a station there. The state Washington has the most confirmed cases of the coronavirus in the United States.

DuPont says that she fell ill and went to an urgent care facility, but they would not administer a test. She also says that her husband was also ill.

On March 3rd, she posted this:

Where were her bosses and did they see this?

Thankfully, DuPont is doing better and posted a follow up:

Anchor Deborah Takahara posted a question about her possibly bringing the virus back to Denver and to the Nexstar station?

Does Nexstar know about this?

Was there are precautions put in place?

While many stations have issued some new policies in regard to the coronavirus, we have not seen or heard such a policy from Nexstar.

Right or wrong, people are freaking out about the coronavirus and some people inside the Denver station are a bit concerned.

But, they say all is quiet from management at the station.
