CNN Beat in PrimeTime by the Home and Garden Channel

How bad has it gotten for CNN?

This bad. For the Week of January 27th - February 2rd in basic cable primetime, CNN finished 5th and lost out to the Home and Garden Channel.

The numbers:

Basic Cable Top 5 – Primetime

1. FOX NEWS CHANNEL (3,384,000)
2. MSNBC (1,588,000)
3. ESPN (1,214,000)
4. HOME AND GARDEN TV (1,126,000)
5. CNN (1,084,000)

Maybe Jeff Zucker should have Don Lemon and Chris Coumo strap on belts, grab a hammer and start doing some remodeling.

Let’s face it, their both tools, so it would not be a stretch.
