It appears that Project Veritas has done it again.

The group that tries to befriend news people and then records them with a hidden camera has landed ABC News Reporter David Wright in their trap.

Now, I’ll be honest here, I have never heard of David Wright and if I have, I have forgotten about it.

Anyway, The ABC News bosses have suspended Wright after Project Veritas caught him saying that he was a "socialist" and appeared to criticize the network for the way in which it chooses to present the news.

“I feel terrible about it. I feel that the truth suffers, the voters are poorly informed, and people also have the opportunity to tune into whatever they want to hear,” Wright said in the video, which also features an ABC News producer. He added, “and so, it’s like there’s no upside, or our bosses don’t see an upside in doing the job we’re supposed to do, which is to speak truth to power and hold people accountable.”

In the hidden video that Project Veritas said was filmed in New Hampshire during its primary's coverage, Wright, 56, also called President Trump "a dick" while simultaneously complaining that Trump is sometimes not given "credit for what things he does do.”

In other words, Wright was wrong in telling the truth.
