First off, it is NOT Monvrovia, CA, it is Monrovia, CA.

Second, maybe the bear is “wondering” (about what, we do not know?) but I think he wanted to say “wandering” which means traveling aimlessly from place to place. Which it surely looked like what the bear was doing on the video.

Also, your hashtag says #BearOnTheRun and the video clearly shows that this bear isn’t “running” anywhere.
