Word is that one Milwaukee News Director has a MAGA hat prominently displayed in his office.

Not sure it is a good look for the person “leading” the news department and as one employee said, “Everyone is entitled to their political beliefs in private, but as journalists shouldn’t we be at least trying to keep a semblance of neutrality in public?”

I know if I was a job candidate and walked in and saw that, I would start looking to work somewhere else.

Be an example of what you expect out of your employees.

I think the General Manager might want to have a talk with the ND and explain a few things.
